
What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a therapy that uses hypnosis to help people address various mental health concerns and habits. During hypnotherapy, I will guides you into a deep state of relaxation and focused concentration. In this state, you become more open to suggestions. I will then use these suggestions to help you make positive changes, such as reducing anxiety, managing pain, or breaking unwanted habits. Hypnotherapy is not about mind control – you remain in control throughout the session and can easily come out of the relaxed state.
What to expect from your Hypnotherapy session.

Following our initial chat, we'll arrange your first appointment, or a series of sessions, whatever feels right for you. Our time together will begin with a relaxed conversation, exploring what you truly desire in your life and what you'd like to gently move away from.

While it may feel like a simple conversation at times, I'll be guiding you into a comfortable state of hypnosis where, together, we can softly acknowledge anything that might be holding you back and gently reframe it towards the positive outcomes you deserve.
Each session will be around an hour, and you'll remain in complete control throughout. Most people find this a peaceful and even enjoyable experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
