I offer online hypnotherapy by Google Meet to clients across the UK and worldwide. Sessions work the same way as in person: about an hour, from £100. Times are Tuesday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm (UK time), and other time zones can be arranged.
Does hypnotherapy work online?
Yes. Hypnosis relies on my voice, your attention and a calm, safe space, and all of those travel perfectly well over video. Many of my clients have only ever worked with me online, and they often find it easier to relax in their own surroundings.
How online sessions work
- Get in touch for a free 20-minute call to talk things through.
- Get your link. I send a Google Meet link with your confirmation. No account or download needed.
- Set up your space. A quiet room, a comfortable chair, a device with a camera, and headphones if you have them.
- Relax. We talk first, then I guide you into hypnosis exactly as I would in person.
Clients outside the UK
I regularly work with people in other countries. Tell me where you are and we'll find a time that suits your time zone.

What do I need for an online session?
A laptop, tablet or phone with a camera, a reliable internet connection, a quiet room where you won't be disturbed, and a comfortable chair. Headphones help.
Can you see clients outside the UK?
Yes. I work with clients abroad and can adjust times to your time zone. Just tell me where you are when you get in touch.
Which video platform do you use?
Google Meet. You don't need an account, just click the link I send.
